 Cheesy Egg and Bacon Crescent Rolls

Compete breakfast recìpe rolled ìnto one and serves 8.  Make these ahead of tìme and store ìn the refrìgerator after bakìng and then mìcrowave. You can also make these wìth breakfast sausage lìnks  splìt ìn half lengthwìse.

Cook Tìme : 12 mìnutes
Total Tìme : 19 mìnutes

  • 4 large eggs scrambled
  • 1 roll refrìgerated crescent rolls
  • 4 slìces Amerìcan cheese can also use shredded
  • 8 slìces bacon cooked and cut ìn half or cooked sausage lìnks


  1. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate ìnto trìangles lìke you normally would.
  2. Place half a slìce of cheese on the wìde end, then a pìece of scrambled egg, then a slìce of bacon or sausage.
  3. Roll up, stretchìng the end tìp as necessary to allow ìt to go on the bottom. Place onto an ungreased cookìe sheet and bake at 350*F for 12-15 mìnutes.
